I have learned that web 2.0 is the one which describes the websites that use technology beyond static pages of earlier websites. There two category of web 2.0. First category is online social networking. Second category is Mashup and Aggregators. I have learned that online social networking usually involve sites that are known as social sites. Examples of social networking are Facebook, Flickr, MySpace,Classmates, Friendster and Digg.
DIAGRAMS
I have learned what Mashup is. Mashup is a websites that takes difference content from a number of other web sites and mixes them together to create a new kind of content. Mashup can be used with aggregators such as data aggregator, video aggregator, social network aggregator, search aggregator, and news aggregator. When aggregators are combined with mashups they form social sites such as digg.
Also i have learned about information technology and application in web 2.0. two technology i have learned are XML and AJAX. Five application that i have learned are Tagging, blogs, wikis, Really simple Syndication, and Pod and Video casting.
Other thing i have learned is programming language.I have learned that programming language is a set of words, symbols, abbreviations that enables a programmer to communicate the instructions to a computer.XML and AJAX are example of programming language that are used in Web application. There are two types of programming language i have learned. First type is as Low level language. Low level language is known as machine dependent language and it is divided into two types. Those types are machine language and assembly language. Another types of language is high level language.
High level language has three generation. Generations of high level language are third generation, fourth generation and fifth generation. Third generation programming language is known as procedural language. It is the first to use English like phrasing. Example of third generation language are COBOL, FORTRAN, BASIC, Pascal, C++, C, and ActiveX. Fourth generation is known as Non-procedural language. It uses graphic tools. Example of fourth generation programming language is Visual Basic(VB) and VisualAge. Fifth generation is known as object oriented. Examples of fifth generation language are Prolog, AJAX,JAVA, script.
